Here's what my co-workers and I have been working on for a year and a half over on the Northside of Syracuse. It is finally off the ground and we have 15 candidates, representing 8 countries, that are a part of our green construction workforce development program. Its been great to see these folks learn useful green construction skills, improve their English skills, and prepare to enter the workforce again.
